There are several board positions open for election including: Secretary, Treasurer, Governance Committee (2 positions), Counselors (1 position for FACULTY from the Phoenix campus), and Leadership Succession Committee (2 positions). Please see the email send 3/21/24 for position descriptions and view this video providing more information regarding the positions.
Please fill out the survey by the new extended date of Thursday, April 11, 2024 and indicate which position(s) you are interested in or the name of the person you would like to nominate. If you would like to nominate someone, please talk with them first to confirm interest! An email with a voting ballot will be emailed to all members in April. All positions require current membership, a willingness to participate fully on the chapter's Board, and a two-year commitment to the position. Duties also include attending monthly meetings held via Zoom.
If you are interested in becoming involved but not sure you want an actual "BOARD POSITION", you may want to participate on one of our committees. Contact us for more information regarding volunteering for a committee or perhaps simply attending a meeting. Any involvement is greatly encouraged!
